Carissa Fairman

Carissa comes from a background of large brand Hotel Management and started a new career in the Insurance industry in 2001 in specialty Equine insurance;  in 2002 transitioned to personal insurance.  She has worked for First Insurance Solutions since 2013 as the Agency Relations Manager.  She furthered her insurance education by obtaining a designation as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).  She is known for project management skills, problem-solving, leadership, and a multiple time recipient of the Five Star Insurance Professional Award.

Carissa enjoys interacting with clients and developing business relationships.  She is committed and dedicated to drive the agency towards success.  Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, social events, volunteering for various programs and events, and spending time with her husband, Rick, and their large, blended family of children and grandchildren.
